Shipping inside Germany

Total weight to 2 kg of 5 EUROS.
Total weight above 2 kg to 10 kg 7.50 EURO.
Total weight above 10 kg to 30 kg 10.00 euro.

We supply mineral orders in the value from 150.00 EURO for free.

The products are sent normally on the cheapest way. These information to the postal charges inside Germany occur due to legal regulations although we are unable to give detailed instructions. Most of our product assortment does not allow to give these informations. The postal amount can frequently turning out more low. Hazardous goods need a special calculation. The transportation of chemicals occurs in secure chemistry bottles, for which we take 1.50 pledge Euro. In the case of cleaned return of the bottles pledge is refunded to this as a matter of course.

Shipping inside Europe and worldwide
The shipping notes are calculated by the country into which is delivered and this depends on the country. Please do not hesitate do ask for shipping cost to your country. We will charge the cost-effective amount.


Delivery and delays
The selection of our products in our internet store is relatively large. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Standard shipping method is via DPD or German Post Office. For shipping inside Germany and Europe or shipping overseas we take the official prices of German Post Office.In stock items ordered Monday-Friday before 2pm usually ship same day. If an item is backordered a notification will be send, item will be shipped immediately when available. Please recognize that orders are not delivered on weekends. There are special conditions at show times (e.g. St. Marie-aux-Mines Show (France), EUROMIN, Tucson Show/AZ). Imported minerals and -products are shipped directly to our warehouse and therefore we depend on delivery times of our oversea supplier. Return policy
In case you want to return your defective product under warranty for exchange you can get back the shipping charges. You may return your product only within 15 days. Credit will be sent back within 6 weeks. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. For items lost during shipping MIKON GmbH is not responsible. Therefore make sure you always ask for insured parcel shipping. All products must be returned in good condition. Please add invoice and description of your intention to return the item.
